Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me why I love what I do.
It was 109° outside, and I was out replacing an air conditioner part in the middle of that heat. When I arrived, my customer had already set up a pop-up canopy over the work area and even had a battery-powered fan blowing on me while I worked.
That simple act of kindness meant more than they probably realize. Long days in extreme heat are part of the job, but customers like this make all the difference.
I’m truly grateful to have some of the best customers anyone could ask for. Thank you for looking out for us while we work hard to keep your families comfortable.
