We had the best helpers at a jobsite today! But the amount of handsome sitting with Lolli in the truck was the best thing ever!!! 🤩🙌🏼😍

It truly amazes me how Nickolas can go from building a barndo to a remodel to a 15,000sqft house to putting in a basement and then to a tiny home!!!
He is incredibly talented, hardworking and a visionary! I adore him so much! 🥹

I’m so thankful for our lead guy Greg! In a world of laziness and unpredictability we know we can ALWAYS count on Greg and that means more than he knows!

And then our oldest…… who worked from 6:30am to 4:00pm (which she actually got off early to help pick up a kid for me) comes by the jobsite at 5:30 and asked her daddy if he needed help and jumped right in. 🙌🏼. She’ll never know how much that meant to him. (Or to me cause i got precious grandson time! 💃🏻).

It truly takes a village and I’m incredibly thankful!

🏠 EVERYTHING STARTS WITH THE FOUNDATION. ✝️

In construction, you can build the most beautiful house—with the best materials, perfect finishes, and every detail just right—but if the foundation isn’t solid, eventually the rest of it will show.

Cracks appear. Things shift. What looked strong on the outside can begin to fail because of what was underneath it all along.

Life is no different.

We can build careers, businesses, families, homes, and plans—but if our foundation isn’t Jesus Christ, we’re building on something that can shift when the storms come.

Jesus said:

“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock.” — Matthew 7:24

At Friend Construction Company, foundations matter to us—not just the ones we build on, but the One we build our lives and our business on.

We don’t know what storms tomorrow may bring, but we know Who our foundation is today.
