Great progress at Villas at Hawthorne Ridge in Huber Heights, Ohio!

Our construction crews are keeping things moving! Foundations are nearing completion across the project, including the clubhouse pool. Framing is complete on the maintenance garage and clubhouse, with work now underway on several apartment buildings.

We're looking forward to the first building turnovers and clubhouse completion by the end of the year!

TGIF friends! How beautiful has this weather been for the first week of October??

The Villas at Mulberry Way are really taking shape in Kalamazoo, Michigan!

Construction crews are making excellent progress, with exterior finishes nearing completion on several building, including siding, roofing, garage doors and more.

Concrete driveways and slabs continue being poured, and the monument sign and landscaping is underway at the main entryway.

Inside, trades are pushing hard to get buildings ready for finishes, with cabinets being set and flooring starting soon in some units, while others are moving through drywall and rough-ins. The subs on this project have been cranking it out daily and it shows!

GREAT DAY Yesterday, as we welcomed students from Medina County Career Center’s Engineering Technologies & Design program to The Villas at Hidden Lakes in Medina project site.

Students toured the site and got a firsthand look at the role civil engineering plays in bringing a project from plans to reality.

Thank you to instructor Lorah Meech and the ETD students for spending time with us and engaging with our team.

Great job by Pride One’s Ben Weinerman and Zach Quinn, along with Travis Crane, Chris Schmidt and Guy Haney from Davey Tree’s Civil Engineering Division, for sharing their knowledge and experience.

We’re proud to help introduce the next generation to careers in engineering, development and construction.

2+ years of work in 60 seconds!

It's incredible to look back and watch the Medina Hotel Project, just south of the Medina Square, transform from demolition to what stands there today.

We still have a few finishing touches to wrap up, but our crews are in the home stretch on this boutique hotel and event center. It's destined to become an iconic destination, one that fits right in with the nostalgic, historic charm of the Medina Square district.

Won't be long now! 🏨

It was a little soggy last week, but that didn’t stop The Construction Crews at our Villas at Hidden Lakes project in Medina, Ohio!

Several buildings are under roof with shingles in place, windows installed, and exterior walls wrapped. These aerial views show the layout of the site, including concrete slabs poured for additional buildings awaiting the next phases.

Thank you to our fantastic Construction Crews for pushing through the wet conditions and putting in great work!

Phase 2 is taking shape at Villas at Bakers Ridge in Strongsville, Ohio!

These fresh drone shots show how this next phase extends an already beautiful community.

Several buildings have roofs, siding, and concrete driveways, while framing is underway on another and additional slabs are in place.

Happy 1st day of Fall! The Heartland Community Church expansion project in Medina, Ohio is closing in on the finish line! Building A has been officially turned over and final finishes are underway as we prepare to closeout Building B in the coming weeks.

Projects like these are close to our hearts as we can’t wait to see these beautiful spaces put to use.

Concrete is going down and walls are going up at Canopy at Herman Park, our apartment project in Cleveland, Ohio!
