Thinking ahead…

Next year, the United States of America will celebrate our 250th birthday! We will celebrate 1776 because that’s when the Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence, which formally announced the colonies’ separation from Britain and established them as sovereign states. 1776 marked our country’s independence and the birth of our nation.
