We serve clients looking to build a new home or to remodel an existing home. For over 35 years we have grown by focusing on what our customers say they want. Our staff has grown to include skilled interior and architectural designers, project managers, master carpenters, certified green remodeling experts, and top-notch customer service and operations professionals – in fact, we think they're the best in the business. But with more than two decades of listening to customers, we've discovered that homeowners want more than that. We base our business on a simple set of principles that we strive to make real every day, in each decision and in each interaction with our clients. Take a look and see if these are the qualities you really want from your homebuilder or remodeler. If so, we hope to have a chance to show how these ideas can take your dreams and build them to last. The people in your home should be talented, driven, detail-oriented, experienced. So those are the kinds of people we hire. We also invest in ongoing training and work hard to create a fun, innovative, and highly collaborative work environment to bring out their best. Communication. What are your ideas, your needs, your tastes, and your lifestyle? We design and build to meet your specific goals. Transparency. What should you expect during a construction project? We help you understand schedules, processes, and costs. And you will always know the status of your project from concept to completion. Quality. We don't take shortcuts. What we build is intended to last. Green. We have always built with a sustainable mindset; now technological advances make it possible to do more. We have certified green remodelers on staff and we continue to learn as new products, techniques and energy-efficient options become available. Community. Your community? It's ours too. We live in the communities in which we work. We are raising our kids and building our families there. So we work clean, we work safely, we are respectful of neighbors. Ours and yours. Love. Call it passion, call it devotion. We still have the spark of that kid sitting on the bulldozer. We love seeing homeowners thrilled with their new or remodeled house. That inspires us to be creative and to keep current, and to hold each other accountable to the highest standards. Trust. When you put all these things together, it builds more than a house. It builds trust.
