Taking the sales meeting outside! 🌳🏡

Our sales team recently traded the conference room for the beautiful wooded lots at Dunham Farms for some hands-on lot walk training.

From understanding the land to talking through what goes into building on a lot, this training helps our agents feel even more prepared to answer questions, share insights, and help our customers feel confident every step of the way.

Last week, the RCI team traded a typical day at the office for a day at Colonial Downs! 🏇

We kicked things off with our Mid-Year Meeting, taking a look back at the successes and progress from the first half of the year while getting focused on what we want to accomplish in the months ahead.

Then, it was time to head trackside for an afternoon of racing, good food, and time spent together as a team.

A productive morning and a fun afternoon made for a pretty great way to kick off the second half of the year. GO BLUE 💙
