With a front to rear split, this home has a perfect open concept for entertaining. We opened the kitchen wall to the living room, enlarged the two bedrooms upstairs and renovated the Jack and Jill bathroom they share. Downstairs there is a half bath, laundry room, and the new master suite. The master bedroom includes a walk in closet, large bathroom with double vanities and marble tile.
The back yard is fenced, and includes a patio accessible from the master bedroom via double french doors.

We are finishing up an addition on the back of an elderly care facility. Excited to finish and post the photos!

This kitchen was tiny, the fridge and the dishwasher could not be opened at the same time. And the oven door didn't open...

This kitchen was tiny, the fridge and the dishwasher could not be opened at the same time. And the oven door didn't open all the way because it hit the side of the fridge.
We expanded out twelve feet to make this a specious, and modern new kitchen.
Quarts counters and a sparkly back splash make this a unique design.
