🏡🔨 ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL BACKYARD TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE! 🔨🏡

From the ground up, this project has come a LONG way, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

What started as an empty backyard space is now a beautiful, fully screened-in pressure-treated porch with a brand-new stamped concrete patio! 🙌

The spacious screened porch features a vaulted ceiling, plenty of room to relax and entertain, and protection from those pesky bugs while still enjoying the outdoors.

And the finishing touch? That gorgeous stamped concrete patio! The decorative stone pattern really sets this project apart and creates a seamless transition from the backyard to the new porch.

This is exactly what we love doing at Open Air Escapes — taking an ordinary outdoor space and turning it into something homeowners can enjoy for years to come!

A huge thank you to our homeowners for trusting us with their backyard transformation. We hope you enjoy every minute of your new space!

Thinking about upgrading your outdoor living space? Whether it’s a deck, screened porch, 3-season room, or custom patio, let Open Air Escapes bring your vision to life!

Big progress on this screened porch project! 🔨🏡

The old deck is gone, and the new structure is really starting to take shape. Framing is well underway, the new stairs are coming together, and you can already see how much more usable this backyard space is going to be once everything is finished.

Still plenty of work ahead, but this transformation is moving along nicely. Stay tuned for the next update!

✨ THIS ONE IS COMPLETE — and what a transformation! ✨

We’ve shared the progress along the way, but seeing this project completely finished really shows just how incredible this space turned out.

This massive custom 3-season room is now fully enclosed with beautiful black-framed 3-season windows, giving the homeowners an amazing panoramic view of their backyard while still keeping the space protected from the elements. The contrast of the black windows against the white trim looks absolutely stunning.

Inside, the vaulted ceiling, four skylights, ceiling fan, maintenance-free decking, and all that natural light make this feel less like a porch and more like an entirely new living space. There is SO much room out here for relaxing, entertaining, dining, or simply enjoying the outdoors without dealing with the bugs or weather.

And outside, the large new paver patio finishes everything off and gives them even more usable outdoor living space.

From the structure and roof to the electrical, gutters, trim, skylights, patio and custom windows—this was a big project, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all came together. This is exactly what we mean when we talk about transforming a backyard into an extension of the home.

Another unused space is getting a major upgrade! 🔨🏠

We’re transforming this unfinished attic into a custom master closet, turning wasted square footage into a beautiful and functional part of the home.

The new walls are taking shape, framing is almost complete, and the electrical work is already done. Next up, we’ll keep moving toward insulation, drywall, finishes, and bringing the whole space together.

We love projects like this—finding ways to maximize the space a home already has and turn it into something the homeowners can enjoy every day. Stay tuned for the transformation!

This is what it’s all about. ❤️

Reviews like this mean more to us than we can put into words.

At Open Air Escapes, we don’t just want to build decks, porches, patios, and outdoor living spaces. We want our customers to feel like they were heard, communicated with, and taken care of from the first conversation until the last piece is finished.

Hearing that our communication, craftsmanship, reliability, and willingness to work together stood out means everything to us. We take a tremendous amount of pride in what we build, but even more pride in the relationships we build along the way.

Becky, thank you for trusting us with your home and allowing us to help turn your vision into a space your family can enjoy for years to come. And hearing that you already plan to have us back for another project might be the greatest compliment we could receive!

This is why we do what we do. This is Open Air Escapes.

🔨 Almost Across the Finish Line on This Screen Porch! 🔨

This project has come a LONG way since our last update! The roof is complete, screening is installed, ceiling is finished, steps and railings are in, and this new pressure-treated screened porch is looking great!

We’re down to just a few final pieces of trim, and the porch itself will be complete. 🙌

But we’re not finished with this backyard transformation yet — the concrete patio pad is scheduled to go in this week, adding even more usable outdoor living space for these homeowners.

From an open backyard to a brand-new covered and screened outdoor space, this one is coming together nicely. Stay tuned for the finished project! 🏡

Another major update on this backyard transformation! 🔨🏡

We’re getting very close to the finish line on this one. The new paver patio is complete, giving the homeowners a huge new area to enjoy and tying the entire backyard together beautifully.

The gutters are installed, electrical work is complete, the ceiling fan and lighting are in, and the trim and exterior finishes have really cleaned up the look of the new 3-season room. Those skylights are also bringing a ton of natural light into the space.

At this point, we’re just waiting for the custom 3-season windows to arrive. Once those are installed, this room will be fully enclosed and this transformation will be nearly complete!

From a wide-open backyard to a covered 3-season room and a massive new paver patio—this project has changed the entire way this outdoor space can be used. Stay tuned for the windows and the final reveal!
