411sqft patio with a new walk. Stone base was graded for the finished concrete grade to drain away from the foundation. If we tied into the edge of asphalt grade, there would be ponding just like it’s been. A drain pipe was also set below sub grade of the patio that tied into the gutter down spout and spills to a designated area away from both patio and driveway.
