Today's Crew Spotlight is extra special because this guy is getting married this week!

Tom has been with us for 2.5 years and while he may be young in age, you'd never be able to tell with his quick learning ability and go-getter attitude. You may hear lots of scuttle about the younger generation, but we're here to tell ya, this guy doesn't fit that mold.

His favorite part of the job is grading with the dozer and in his spare time he likes to wakeboard at the lake. Be sure to tell Tom congratulations on his upcoming marriage if you see him out and about!

Crew Spotlight! Chad has been with us pretty much since the beginning. He helps keep projects running smoothly and always has a way of making the customer happy. He has been an operator most of his life and it shows 💪

He says his favorite part about his job is working with his son and fellow co-workers. Outside of work, Chad operates a beef and grain farm with his family, so he understands the value in a hard day's work. He has been happily married for 34 years and has two sons (21 & 16).

Show Chad some appreciation next time you see him around - we couldn't do it without him!
