Today, we’re celebrating Dave, one of our valued employee-owners, as he begins a well-deserved retirement after an incredible 42 years with the company!

For more than four decades, Dave has brought dedication, knowledge, hard work, and commitment to the team. His impact goes far beyond the projects he’s helped complete — he’s been an important part of our company’s history and has helped shape the people and culture around him.

Dave, thank you for 42 years of hard work, loyalty, and memories. Your contributions and dedication have left a lasting mark on our company, and you will certainly be missed!

A new school year is here, and we’re excited to welcome our IEC Pennsylvania students back to the classroom!

Our employee-owner apprentices represent what 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦, 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 look like in action. Balancing classroom learning with hands-on experience in the field takes commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to keep learning.

We’re proud of the hard work our employee-owner apprentices put in every day as they continue to build their skills, grow their careers, and shape the future of the electrical trade.

Today, we're giving a well-deserved shoutout to Aaron, our delivery driver who is always ready to go wherever the job takes him!

Aaron shows up every day with a great attitude and a willingness to help wherever he's needed. Whether it's a quick local delivery or a long trip to get materials where they need to be, Aaron is always willing to jump in and get the job done.

His reliability, flexibility, and dedication make a difference every single day. He's a huge part of keeping our teams supplied and our projects moving forward—and we appreciate everything he does!

Before our crews can get to work in the field, there’s a team behind the scenes making sure they have the materials and equipment they need.

A big shoutout to our warehouse helpers who keep things moving—from organizing and pulling materials to loading trucks and getting everything safely where it needs to go. Your hard work, teamwork, and dedication help keep our projects running smoothly and our field teams ready to get the job done.

You may not always see them on the jobsite, but their impact is everywhere.
