Hard hats, site walks, and hands-on learning - - Our team recently toured the construction progress at Cumberland Valley School District’s Eagle View Middle School and Green Ridge Elementary School. Site visits like these give our staff the opportunity to see projects come to life, connect design with construction, and learn firsthand from the field.

Mentorship and continuous learning are key parts of our culture, helping us develop stronger teams and deliver better projects for our clients and communities.

CRA’s Bruce Burchfield, Jason Nye, and Kelsey Leed recently traveled to Indianapolis to visit the Citadel Metal headquarters for two days of hands-on collaboration with their team.

From touring the manufacturing facility and reviewing technical specifications and details to getting out in the shop and trying their hand at metal panel installation, the visit was an invaluable opportunity to take our work from the drawings into the field.

The collaboration helped us finalize the metal panel details and specifications we’ve been developing, with everything targeted for release to the firm in September.
