A little road trip for the Down East crew today! 🚗

A few members of our team had the opportunity to get out of the showroom and visit one of our builder partners.

There’s something valuable about getting out in the field, connecting with the people we work alongside, and making sure we’re continuing to provide the best experience from selection all the way through installation.

We’re grateful for the partnerships we’ve built—and always happy for an excuse to take the team on the road!

You know your company has a pretty good reputation when the Director of Sales & Marketing gets texts from friends saying, “Hey… I spotted one of your crews!” 😂

Nothing like getting photos of our Installers out in the wild while friends are just taking a walk through their neighborhood.

We’ll take being spotted in neighborhoods all over Central PA as a pretty good sign we’re doing something right. 👏

Great work, team! Another install in the books and another happy reminder of just how far the Down East Granite name travels.

The end is near… on our showroom remodel, that is! 🙌

It may have taken us a little longer than anticipated, but we ran into a pretty great problem this year—we never really had a slow season. And we’re definitely not complaining about that!

We’ve been tackling updates between templates, fabrication, installs, and keeping up with all of our amazing customers. Now, we’re finally putting the finishing touches on the space, and we can’t wait for you to see it all come together.

A refreshed showroom, new displays, and plenty of beautiful stone… almost ready.

🐾 It’s National Dog Day! 🐾

If there’s one thing our Down East Granite crew can agree on, it’s that we LOVE our pups!

Sometimes our furry friends even tag along to the showroom for an extra fun visit. And if you’ve ever stopped by our Linglestown showroom, you’ve probably already met Herc & Athena — Tony’s four-legged coworkers who are pretty much permanent members of the DEG crew. 🐶

They take their showroom duties very seriously… mostly greeting customers and “supervising” Tony. 😂

Our favorite event every year? The Down East Granite company picnic. ❤️

Funny enough, two of our system servers went down last Friday, so things were moving a little slower than usual and taking a little extra time. You know how it goes with technology… can’t live with it, can’t live without it. 😂

But honestly? It came at the perfect time.

Every department jumped in to help get ready. Our installers set up tables and chairs, the shop crew made the grounds look a little nicer, scheduling tackled the water slide, and CAD & Sales were on balloon duty. 🎈

It ended up being exactly what we needed—a little teamwork outside of our normal day-to-day and a chance to just enjoy being a crew.

We’re incredibly thankful for this team—the ones who have been with us for years and the new faces joining along the way. We’re thankful for the growth, the memories, and most importantly, the trust our customers continue to put in us.

Down East wouldn’t be Down East without our people and the community that keeps choosing us. Here’s to another company picnic in the books and another year of growing together! ❤️
