This went from building a small expansion behind the building to a full on parking/storage site. We were very happy to get this project squeezed in before the open house last weekend. Thank you to Pine View Homes for the opportunity.

Mechanic Falls project is finally underway after some set backs. That’s the joy of doing commercial work. We are pouring the footing at 7am tomorrow.

We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to show what we can do on this massive full scale project. We will be responsible for all groundwork, concrete, storm water and septic install. Once the foundation is complete we will likely be shutting down for the winter. More updates to come real soon.
