On this project we removed and replace lots of rotten wood throughout the entire house. Matched the siding and painted the house with Emerald Rain Refresh high end quality paint!

In this attic conversation we came in and demoed existing finishes. We raised the ceiling height to follow the roof rafters. We did a hand trout finish texture. Lots of shiplap will be going in along with batten board accent walls. New LVP flooring will be installed and pairing the entire space. We did new electrical inc with foam insulation.

Super thankful for Erin Wood Shaw does trusting us. We’ve done a hand full of project for them. Few years we replace the skirting with 1”x6” beveled cedar. We repainted the exterior of the house and replace old cedar shake with with new Hardie shake. Built a two deer garage and two car carport. The back of the hit a huge upgrade with a new trex deck and stained concrete. Give us a call for any repairs or project you guys have in mind.
