Blass is a Plant 6 lead man and valued member of the Prysmian | Encore Wire family for 12 years!

He is recognized by his team for his expertise in the insulation lines, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean work environment. He’s known for his positive attitude, comforting presence, strong work ethic, and willingness to help whenever needed.

Outside of work, Blass enjoys traveling—his latest adventure took him to Japan. He also loves running everything from 5K to full marathons!

Our new Medium Voltage plant is being designed to seamlessly integrate into our vertically integrated McKinney campus, creating a more streamlined manufacturing process from start to finish.

Built to simplify operations, increase efficiency, and support future growth, the facility is expected to be completed in Spring 2027!
