💦 FRIDAY FEATURE | 3300 Olympus at Cypress Waters with DPR Construction

Revisiting one of our more intricate water feature projects at Cypress Waters in Coppell!

This multi-level cascading feature incorporates custom effects at each weir, with an underground fiberglass vault housing the recirculation and water treatment systems that keep everything flowing.

The combination of architectural design, moving water, and carefully integrated equipment makes this one of our favorite projects to look back on.

Project Spotlight | Melissa Gateway Village

It’s always rewarding to see a project come to life!

in-Control Water Systems had the opportunity to help design the MEP for the water feature at Melissa Gateway Village, bringing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components together to support both the function and design of the space.

We love being part of projects where the behind-the-scenes systems help create something people can enjoy every day.

Employee Spotlight!

Meet our Manufacturing Project Manager, Ricky! He’s been with inCon-trol for 10+ years.

His favorite project so far has been the Perro Grande Basin, one of the coolest products our team has manufactured. He enjoys that there’s always something to do and something different going on.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing with his dogs, hiking, and hanging out with friends.

Fun fact: He’s broken over 15 bones! What?!

Ricky has been a big part of helping us become the company we are today. Thank you for everything you do, truly!

Friday Feature | Hartwood at Sloan Corners

This week’s Friday Feature takes us to Hartwood Apartments in the Sloan Corners development in Allen!

Hartwood is such a beautifully designed property, and this custom water feature fits right in with all of the thoughtful architectural details throughout the space. The equipment and controls are tucked away behind the scenes, leaving the detailed tile work and sculpted fountain as the focal point.

We’re proud to have been part of this project with Billingsley Company and the City of Allen!

Employee Spotlight: Dylan Moore

Meet Dylan Moore, one of our Field Superintendents who has been part of the inCon-trol team for 10 years!

Dylan’s favorite project has been Montclair Park, and what he enjoys most about his job is getting to work with his hands and learning something different every day.

Outside of work, Dylan loves hunting, camping, and pretty much anything outdoors.

We’re grateful to have Dylan and his 10 years of experience on the inCon-trol team. Thanks for all you do, Dylan!

Project Spotlight | Jack Bridges Middle School 💧

At Jack Bridges Middle School in Prosper ISD, this water harvesting system feeds a cistern tank that supplies the entire campus irrigation demand.

At the heart of the system is an inCon-trol manufactured irrigation pump system featuring our Hurricane Force Series, providing the pumping power needed to distribute harvested water throughout the campus.

It’s a great example of how water harvesting and smart pump system design can work together to reduce potable water use and support large-scale irrigation needs.

José has been part of the inCon-trol team since July 2018! He works on our maintenance team and says one of his favorite projects has been Preston Hollow, working on repairs and water quality.

He loves the family atmosphere at inCon-trol, takes pride in his work, and enjoys traveling and spending time with family outside of work.

Friday Feature: Highland Park Presbyterian Church – Rhodus Garden

A beautiful blend of architecture, landscape, and water at Highland Park Presbyterian Church’s Rhodus Garden.

inCon-trol Water Systems provided the water feature equipment and controls that keep this elegant water wall flowing seamlessly. From the behind-the-scenes mechanical systems to the finished feature, projects like this are a great example of how thoughtful water design can add movement, sound, and tranquility to a space.

What you see vs. what makes it work 💦

Those giant gray pipes running underneath the slides at NRH2O connect back to a pretty impressive pump room full of pumps, valves and piping that keep everything moving.

With school starting next week, there’s still time to soak up the last few days of summer and take a ride on Nitro Blast while you’re there. ☀️🎢
