Today, the Prime AC & Heat family honors the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who answered the call, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

We also hold in our hearts the survivors and those still living with the lasting effects of that day.

May we honor their memory through kindness, service, and caring for one another.

Anyone can copy our trucks.

Anyone can copy our uniforms, our ads, or the words we use.

But they can never copy what built Prime.

Prime AC & Heat wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built on service calls at midnight. It was built on missed holidays, long summers, hard decisions, and thousands of promises kept to homeowners across North Texas.
