The motivation to come to work each day is rooted in something bigger than construction for JD McRae. Values guide every decision Ted Sena makes. For him, it starts with putting God first and carrying that mindset into every relationship, conversation, and commitment. As a leader in Preconstruction, Ted knows success is about more than numbers. While budget and schedule are essential, he believes strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners are what truly set a project up for success. When trust is built early, everything else follows.

What Ted takes the most pride in is exceeding expectations. Delivering on budget and on schedule is the baseline. The real goal is creating an experience that leaves owners saying the entire process was better than they imagined.

While major milestones often get the attention, he believes the real foundation of a great project is found in the details most people never see. A carefully reviewed submittal, a well-organized set of drawings, or a potential issue solved during preconstruction can have a lasting impact on quality, efficiency, and trust.

What stands out most to him about Pogue is the people. Whether navigating a challenging project or supporting one another through personal seasons of life, he has seen teammates consistently step up for each other. That culture of genuine care creates an environment where everyone is motivated to do their best work.

Bradley takes pride in knowing he gave it everything he had from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. No matter the size or complexity, if his name is attached to it, he is all in.

A successful project to Logan is more than the finished building. It’s about creating a positive impact on the community, strengthening relationships, and delivering results that earn trust long after the project is complete. While financial success matters, he believes the greatest value comes from making a lasting difference and building strong partnerships along the way.

The Pogue value that resonates most with him is Authentic Communication. He believes open, honest communication is the foundation for success, whether working with clients, trade partners, teammates, or family. Strong communication builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates better outcomes in every area of life.

What motivates Logan most each day is the people. He values working alongside colleagues who challenge him to be his best and create a culture that feels like an extension of family. From supporting one another through challenges to celebrating life's milestones, it's the relationships he has built at Pogue that make him excited to come to work every day.

The doors are open, the ribbon is cut, and a new chapter begins.

It was an honor to join Denison ISD, community leaders, educators, and families as they celebrated the ribbon cutting for B. McDaniel Intermediate School. While today marks the completion of a construction project, it's also the beginning of countless student experiences, achievements, and memories that will unfold within these walls.
