The previous install had an unfavorable hump from a concrete footing. We took care of that as a professional would. 😊

A little decorum goes a long way with me.
This past year or so, as contractors have faced certain challenge’s, I’ve noticed people will reach out (referrals) with zero consideration of being kind.
If you reach out with; ‘hey, how much do you charge for this’? You’re likely not going to hear back from me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Success! 6 of us were able to hoist this replacement.
We have been gradually replacing the windows at Queensbury. There’s a lot that goes into custom window replacement of this magnitude. Mark and crew are second to none.

The mantle design has been finalized. A local company successfully recreated the design I presented for the hearth in a remodel around 5 years ago, and it pairs well with the new mantle addition.

This one meant a lot to me.

Arenda stopped in because some ashes spilled in her back seat. Simple fix—we got her in right away, cleaned it up, freshened the rest of the interior, and I added a ceramic windshield coating just to make her day a little easier.

But here’s the part most people don’t know:

Arenda and her family ran Arenda’s Gift for years right here in McHenry—a charity that helped local families in need. COVID really disrupted it, but the impact they made in this community was real. They gave so much of themselves, and I was lucky to witness it.

So when she wrote this review… it hit different.

Everything you give comes back tenfold. I’ve always believed that, and being part of a community where people genuinely help each other—that’s the good stuff. That’s why I show up the way I do.

Thank you, Arenda. You and your family have done more for this town than most people ever realized.
