Your roof is damaged but Insurance denied your claim? Well, chances are you put the claim in prior to speaking with a roofing contractor right?

If you notice issues with your roof, or have stains on your ceiling and missing shingles. WAIT! Don't contact your insurance company. Find a roofing contractor FIRST.

Why?

The adjusters at insurance companies don't work for you. They work for the Insurance company. Take from that what you will.

The roofing contractor, on the other hand, works for you. We can provide you with an objective assessment that accurately describes the problem (if any) with your roof. Our full and complete assessment will aid in the claim filing process because now the adjuster has to disprove what our expertly trained inspectors saw visually.

Oftentimes, adjusters will just take a look at the roof from ground level and deny the claim if they don't visibly see anything out of the order.

When you work with a roofing contractor, they know that they're going to have to get up on that roof and actually assess it.
