🏡 Project Spotlight | McDonough, GA
From Unused Space to Everyday Escape.
Some of the best spaces in a home are the ones that didn’t exist before.
This homeowner wanted more than just a covered area beneath the deck—they wanted a place where family and friends could gather, relax, and enjoy the outdoors in comfort, no matter the weather.
What was once an overlooked space is now a true extension of their home.
To bring that vision to life, this project included:
✔️ Extending the lower deck
✔️ A custom underdeck ceiling system
✔️ A fully screened enclosure with chair rail
✔️ A ceiling fan for year-round comfort
✔️ Four dimmable recessed can lights
✔️ An outdoor dimmer switch
✔️ A TV mount—perfect for game days, movie nights, or simply unwinding after a long day
The result is a space designed for morning coffee, family dinners, football Saturdays, and countless memories for years to come.
Thank you to these homeowners for trusting Maddox-USA Underdecks & Screens with their project. We truly appreciate the opportunity to bring your vision to life.
If this was your backyard, what would be the first thing you’d do?
