I almost gave up.

I’ve worked hard, trusted people I probably shouldn’t have, helped friends who didn’t always return that same loyalty, and spent too much time wondering why things weren’t working out the way I thought they should.

But maybe God wasn’t taking something FROM me.

Maybe He was pulling me OUT of a place I had outgrown.

Sometimes we fight to stay where we’re comfortable because we think that’s what we deserve… while God is trying to place us somewhere we can serve Him better.

I’m learning that not everyone gets to go with you into the next chapter.

You can forgive people and still set boundaries.
You can have a good heart without allowing people to take advantage of it.
And you can be scared and still refuse to give up on the dream God put in your heart.

What I thought was rejection may have been redirection.

What I thought was losing everything may have been God saying:

“Trust Me. I have somewhere else for you.”

Keep going.
Keep believing.
Keep your faith bigger than your fear.

God isn’t finished with my story yet. 🙏

Faith over fear. Trust His plan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THIS is why we do business the way we do!

We could have jumped straight into the invasive repair—damaging the tub, sheetrock, and who knows what else.

Instead, we recommended trying the simpler repair FIRST.

And guess what?

NO MORE LEAK!

This is exactly why I price jobs the way I do. My goal isn’t to make as much money as possible on one service call.

My goal is to gain a customer for LIFE.

I’m not going to tear something apart just because I can charge more for it, and I’m definitely not going to try to sell you problems you don’t have.

No salesman here. Just a plumber.

Fair pricing. Honest recommendations. Fix the problem.

Stacy stopped by the job site today and couldn’t resist taking a selfie while pointing out Drippy on the back of my shirt! 💧🔧

But the best part of the day was when the two wonderful children at the home surprised us with their very own crayon portrait of the Scott Sears Plumbing crew! We may have just found our two newest marketing directors! 😂💙

Moments like these make a long workday a whole lot sweeter. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

My helper showed up to work today so I took advantage. Got is a shower swap and a water heater!
And got a couple of wonderful kids drew a portrait of us. We Love our customers!

We were able to help out another church and install bottle fillers to there existing water coolers.
Seems like this is the new trend. Cold, Filtered Water.
