If you've driven through Savannah Lakes Village lately, you may have noticed some new signs in front of our homes under construction.

These signs do more than identify the home and builderā€”they help welcome our future neighbors before they even move in. Each sign features the homeowner's name and where they're moving from, giving existing residents a chance to begin putting names with faces and making connections.

One of the things that makes Savannah Lakes Village special is the people. New friendships often start long before move-in day, and these signs are a simple way to help foster that sense of community.
