So check this out. This bathroom remodel I'm finishing today is a double wide and the sinks are designed for stoppers only on the drains but I installed new Delta faucets with built in plunger type stoppers. To utilize these plungers my client was going to have to change out the sinks. After puzzling over it a little I had this idea. I added a 1-1/2" piece of schedule 40 pvc pipe to the drain hole with a washer on the top and bottom of it and tightened them up with the drain stem and hooked up the plunger system and it worked like a charm. (Poor Boy Ingenuity )!

Someone built this deck for her and didnt do her to good on it. It had posts that were supposed to support a very large roof but weren't installed right so I cut them down to 42 inches and installed a handrail and ballists around it as well as an 8' wide set of steps with 20 " landings on each one and rails. Then she had me secure tables with umbrellas to the deck to wind proof them and she's back in buisness.
