For all my VA friends and family. Lots been going on behind the scene. We are successfully on our 10th year ( this Nov ) hosting Turkey for Teachers. We’re almost at 10,000 Turkeys given to our educators !
We did this to spread awareness on home ownership programs for teachers paying $0 down when buying a house. We’ve helped 100s of teachers and their families. ( and counting )

Every decision I have made is to better the service and provide benefits to my clients and customers. I now have my mortgage license in addition to my real estate office. And I’ve started with REV and we’re focused on Reaching Every Veteran.

🏡 Should you buy a home right now?

This is probably one of the most common questions I get. And honestly, there isn’t one answer for everyone. The market matters, but your personal situation matters even more.

Before deciding to buy, look at your income, credit, savings, monthly payment, current rent, and how long you plan on staying in the home. Don’t base your entire decision on waiting for interest rates or prices to hit the “perfect” number—because nobody knows exactly when that will happen.

The better question is: Does buying make sense for YOU right now?

I took on your customer Homer to a subdivision to show my property that I felt. It was perfect for him, his wife and his baby girl.. they loved it, but they are true. Last homes they needed to see to knock off their list.
One went under contract and this is the second one.
Final verdict: they will be choosing the one I showed them.
