A lot goes into equipment sales that most people never see.

Hours going through EDA reports, searching Google Maps for equipment yards, driving through job sites, making cold calls, shaking hands, and putting many, many miles on the truck.

Some days you find opportunities, some days you get told no, but every stop is another chance to build a relationship.

One thing I’ve learned is you can’t build a territory sitting behind a desk. It takes consistency, showing up, and earning people’s trust.
