We’re proud to announce that our president, Allan, has been named a Titan 100 for the second year in a row! 🎉👏

When he’s not leading day-to-day operations at Wick, you can find him working on his book (Ratchet UP with Allan Breidenbach), recording podcasts, and finding new ways to share his leadership insights.

Congratulations, Allan! We’re proud to have you leading the way!

What if great leadership starts with treating employees and customers as equals?

Allan sat down with Matt Cranney, Executive Vice President at M3 Insurance, to talk about building a strong culture, leading through uncertainty, and why effectiveness matters more than efficiency. They also explored how AI can help employees thrive and why honest conversations are essential to good leadership.

Our favorite takeaway? Passion often follows effort, and sometimes the kindest thing a leader can do is tell someone the truth.

What does it take to grow a company from 12 employees to nearly 200 while keeping its culture intact?

On the latest episode of Ratchet Up, Allan sits down with Jerad Hutchens, President of Summit Contracting, to talk about scaling a business, building a competitive culture, and learning when to let go.

Jerad shares how Summit has achieved 20–30% annual growth, why he pushes decision-making down to his team, and how profit sharing creates a sense of ownership.

We also discuss resilience, leaving your ego at the door, and why decency matters in leadership. One of my favorite takeaways? Your company culture is how your employees feel on Sunday night when they think about coming to work Monday morning.
