This home features spacious residential living with two large porches and a versatile garage/party area. The garage accommodates vehicles, ATVs, and tractors, plus a golf simulator and a garage kitchen for entertaining.

Originally a Wick L-shaped model, this home was redesigned to fit the lot and features attic trusses, cantilevered and straight lower cord trusses, a three-season porch overlooking the lake, and a 28’ inset entry. Finished in Crinkle Midnight Blue walls and roof for a striking look.
