The 2026 Pro-Serv Leadership Retreat was about more than getting away for a few days. It was a chance to celebrate the people who help carry this company forward—and to show the world what Pro-Serv is really about.
We’re building something bigger than a service company. We’re building a team, a culture, and a future that our people can be proud to be part of. That starts with leaders who care about the people beside them, take responsibility when things get hard, and keep showing up for the team.
I’m proud of what we’re building, but I’m even prouder of the people building it with me. Our leaders give a lot to this company, and they deserve to be recognized, invested in, and celebrated.
The way we treat our people matters. It says who we are. And as Pro-Serv grows, we’re going to keep building a company where people know they matter, where good leadership makes room for others to grow, and where success is something we share.
To our leaders and the people who support them: thank you. This is your company, too. I’m grateful for each of you—and excited about what we’re building together.
