🌱 In East Rutherford and Brigantine, that patch of bamboo in your yard could now cost you.

East Rutherford adopted an ordinance on Aug. 18 prohibiting new bamboo plantings and requiring owners to control bamboo already growing on their properties.

A day later, Brigantine expanded its existing bamboo ordinance to prohibit planting any species on N.J.’s invasive plant list and to require owners to prevent existing plants from spreading onto neighboring or public property.

Both ordinances allow fines of up to $100 for each day a violation continues, though property owners will receive notice and time to address the problem before penalties are issued.

Our new Rut Manufacturing Brush Cutter for the mini skid steer was delivered yesterday. Due to the rain I had to wait until after work today to give it a test run. This little attachment is bad a**, and is capable of cutting material up to 3” in diameter.

Who needs some brush cut? Give us a shout to be the first customer to give this thing a work out!

Before and afters. We removed all the vines from the fence, cleared about 8-10’ wide behind the fencing, and then removed some saplings, brush and leaves from a couple other areas to give these customers some more usable property!
