So I had a gentleman today to reach out to me, saying his culvert was on level and water was getting up underneath it causing it to raise up so I spent the afternoon digging out from around it and underneath it till I got it level back out then put dirt and gravel back on top of it and packed it down really good. Thank you for your trust in a Mr. Jim Powers I was happy to get the job done for you.
