🏡 V&G Project Update 🏡

This home is getting a complete exterior facelift! We’re replacing all existing siding with beautiful board and batten siding and cedar shake accents in a stunning Carbon color. The transformation will also include black soffit and black gutters for a clean, modern look.

To add some warmth and character, we’ll be incorporating cedar accents around the front porch along with custom cedar shutters. We can’t wait to see this vision come to life!

We’re also still making progress on the bathroom remodel project. More updates will be shared as materials arrive and additional work is completed. Stay tuned—lots of exciting transformations happening at V&G! 🔨✨

Today was all about making progress 🔨
Demo is underway and this bathroom has officially been stripped down. It may not look like much yet, but seeing everything come apart means we’re finally moving forward 🙌🏼

Lots of dust, hard work, and long hours today — but we can already picture how good the finished remodel is going to look 🤩

V&G Construction 🔨

This project was originally started by another contractor who never returned to finish the job for the customer. We stepped in to help get everything completed properly.

We leveled the floors, replaced a couple bad joists, reinstalled the existing flooring, and added new fascia boards to close off the steps and give everything a cleaner finished look. 👏🏻

Out with the old, in with the new 🔨
We tore out the old handrails and removed a 12x12 section of the deck, then installed fresh composite handrails. Finished it off by leveling everything out and adding extra bracing to make it solid and safe.
