MaxTurf is looking for two more snow plow drivers to fill up our team. Call the office 515-209-2398 or email me [email protected]!

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour + attendance bonus

Job Overview:
-We are seeking dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operators to join our team for truck plow positions, which involve minimal hand work.

Responsibilities:
-Operate truck plow to clear ice and snow from parking lots, driveways, and other areas.
-Spread salt and de-icing materials as needed.
-Use software to accurately log time and materials for each site.

Requirements:
-Availability: Must be available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays (double pay for holidays). This is an on-call temporary position.
-Clean driving record.
-Must pass a background check.
-Reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to showing up when called.
-Reliable transportation to reach Ames or our shop in Maxwell during difficult travel conditions.

Experience:
-Previous experience in snow plowing or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Aeration and overseeding season is officially underway. Over the next six weeks we'll be hitting these hard. It's a great time to fill in thin spots or to add improved varieties of turfgrass.
