When a patio cover becomes a problem instead of a solution, it's time to call the professionals. We recently completed a roofing and patio cover project in Indian Land, SC where the homeowner was dealing with constant leaks from their existing cover.

Here's what happened: The previous contractor took shortcuts—improper flashing where the new roof met the existing walls, standard wood trim that rotted through, and a ceiling that leaked every time it rained. The one thing meant to protect from the elements was actually letting water in.

We completely transformed this project by removing all the old, damaged trim and soffit, installing brand new Hardie board on all posts, headers, and fascia for durability, and most importantly, properly flashing the roof-to-wall transitions to eliminate leaks once and for all. We finished it off with premium Charter Oak soffit and fresh paint.

We love transforming outdoor spaces, and this Huntersville project is a perfect example of what's possible!

Our clients had a gorgeous south-facing stamped concrete patio that was perfect in good weather—but what about when the seasons changed? We worked with them to design and build a 3-Season Vinyl-Film Addition that would extend their outdoor entertaining year-round.

This project involved the full process: architectural drawings with engineer stamps, zoning and building permits, 811 checks for underground utilities, proper footing installation, and expert framing. We installed a seamless shingled roof system that looks like it was always part of the home, added three wide vinyl-film stacking openings, and finished everything with Hardie Board siding and trim.

But we didn't stop there! We added full electrical service with outlets, lighting, a fan, and heaters—all to code and inspected. Pine tongue and groove planks line the beautiful ceiling, gutters connect seamlessly to the house system, and everything is freshly painted.

The result? A stunning space that feels like a natural extension of the home.

We love when a project solves real problems for our customers! This Indian Land, SC homeowner had a wood porch with old stapled screens that were constantly needing maintenance and replacement. Plus, pollen was getting everywhere, and their dog needed better access to the backyard.

We designed a 3-Season Vinyl-Film Enclosure that checks all the boxes. We installed tempered glass fixed-lites at the bottom to protect the porch while letting their pup come and go freely through a sturdy pet door. Stacking windows above provide flexibility with airflow while keeping out pollen, rain, bugs, and harmful UV rays. Everything was finished with inside trim for that polished look.

The best part? Once we completed our work, the homeowners repainted the inside and outside to make it truly their own. Now they have a beautiful, functional space perfect for playtime, relaxation, and keeping their plants cozy during winter.

Another beautiful transformation in Charlotte! This homeowner had a screened-in porch with outdated trim and screens that needed a major upgrade. Here's how we tackled it:

The challenge? Limited height above the railing and tight spacing between posts. We knew a traditional approach wouldn't work, so we got creative with horizontal vinyl-film windows positioned at the top like a transom—keeping your sightline clear while maximizing the view.

We added fixed vinyl-film windows over the railing for seamless protection, custom trapezoid windows on the gable end for that architectural touch, and finished it off with a stylish cabana door paired with a fixed window. Every window and door received interior trim for that polished, professional look.

The result? A gorgeous 3-Season Vinyl-Film Enclosure that extends their living space and protects them from the elements while keeping that open, airy feel they loved about their porch.
