We recently spent the day hosting a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) Training to make sure our team is confident and certified to safely operate the lifts we use every day.

This certification, recommended every five years, covers everything from operating scissor lifts and boom lifts to proper inspections, maintenance, and fall protection. We also reinforce safe harness use, retractable lanyards, and best practices in real-world conditions.

Investing in training like this keeps our team prepared, protected, and performing on every jobsite.

We're celebrating Construction Safety Week 2026, and what better way to celebrate than to come together with our industry partners at one of our biggest projects! 🏥

DPR Construction and Rodgers Builders, Inc. hosted a site-wide stand down at the new Atrium Health CMS Bed Tower to focus on safety—complete with food trucks, games, music, and good fellowship with others.

🏆Congrats to our team for finishing 2nd in the games, and a big shoutout to our amazing partners on this project! MSS Solutions, LLC Adams Electric Company Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. McCorvey Sheet Metal Works LP. and others!

We had another great opportunity last week to participate in the Career Day at Rocky River High School! 🎓

Because of our passion for what we do and the impact it has, we're always excited to introduce young adults to an industry that most haven't even heard of.

Commercial plumbing work is only growing in demand, and as our nation continues to expand healthcare, data center, and industrial infrastructure, more plumbers are needed!

With our unique apprenticeship program, recent graduates can step right into a paid role, working next to experienced mentors on some of our biggest projects. This is an opportunity to develop a needed skill and get paid for it without the burden of student loans.

National Apprenticeship Week is here (April 26–May 2), and we're celebrating the growth of our apprentices and our unique, in-house apprenticeship program started only a few years ago!

Our apprenticeship program is built around a simple idea—earn while you learn. It combines competitive pay, real jobsite experience, mentorship, classroom instruction, and a clear path for growth and advancement.

With demand for the trades constantly on the rise, we're actively working to train up the next generation of plumbers. Our apprentice work on active commercial jobsites during the day, then come together weekly for hands-on training, plumbing code education, and the “why” behind the work.

In keeping with one of our long standing traditions, the Precision Plumbing family took a break for a friendly bowling competition! 🎳

Lots of good food, gutter balls, and sore shoulders later, we crowned the top three winners! It was a great way for everyone to get together outside of work to simply unwind with some good fun.
