We recently came together for our Q3 All-Company Meeting with a lot to celebrate!

We were proud to unveil our Top Workplaces recognition, including awards for Construction Industry, Employee Appreciation, Purpose & Values, Professional Development, Employee Well-Being, and Compensation & Benefits. These awards were based entirely on feedback from our own team members, which makes this recognition so meaningful to us.

We also celebrated our Employees of the Month for the quarter and those who had reached 5 and 10 year anniversaries with us!

Between the recognition, time together in fellowship, and some encouraging words from our founder Charlie Brown, it was a great morning spent celebrating the people who continue to make our company a great place to work.

There’s no better way to learn about the trades than to get some tools in your hands! 🛠️

Yesterday, we joined Put Tools In Schools at Queens Grant High School to give students a firsthand look at careers in commercial plumbing. We talked about what we do, demonstrated how we solder copper, and gave students an opportunity to try some of the hands-on skills that are part of the trade.

High school is the time when students are starting to think seriously about what comes next. We love getting the chance to show them that opportunities aside from the traditional college route. A career in construction offers the ability to learn valuable skills, grow professionally, and build a future doing work you can be proud of.

A big thank you to Queens Grant High School and Put Tools In Schools for having us out again!

A quarter century has passed, but the impact of that day remains with many of us who remember exactly where they were when the news broke.

Today we pause to honor the memory of all those who lost their lives, as well as the bravery of the first responders and everyday Americans who stepped forward when their communities needed them most.

Austin has made a tremendous impact through his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Managing a QA/QC program takes more than technical skill. It requires ownership, consistency, and the ability to keep a team focused on delivering excellent work every day.

Labor Day was established to recognize the contributions of the American workforce and the role we all play in building and strengthening our communities.

Today, we're reminded that every school, hospital, stadium, office, and facility begins with people who show up each day ready to do meaningful work. Across our jobsites, fabrication shop, and office, we're proud to work alongside individuals whose hard work helps shape the places where others live, work, learn, and heal.

This Labor Day, we celebrate the value of skilled work and the people behind it. Thank you to all, and enjoy a safe and well-deserved holiday weekend.
