Okay wanted to rant about some things first and foremost. If anyone buys car or truck parts online DO NOT BUY from Top Gear Autosport. I purchased 2 new mirrors for my F250 work truck and even called the people before I ordered it gave them my VIN # and was assured it was the right parts. I received the parts right before Christmas and finally put them on last Friday 1/21 and guess what they weren’t what I needed. I have motorized extend, motorized fold, auto dim, and the passenger side has a temperature sensor and after I put them on I realized they were not motorized but were told they were, and the mirror only adjusts up and to the right and down and to the left and nothing else. After calling them several times I was told to send them back but I WAS TO PAY FOR SHIIPING COSTS BACK. They do not trust their customers enough and I am letting everyone know now not to buy from this company at all. Also it costed me $88.83 to send the dang things back and they only costed me under $400. Con artists at their best and they state 30 days or so for returns and it was right at the 30 days and they want honor their own policies.
