How are we doing on fundraiser packets? There are still some available if you wanted to sell through the weekend but we need to have all packets collected by Tuesday, September 8.

I will be at the concessions shed to get them turned in on:

Thursday, September 3 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday, September 8 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Tackle families may also turn packets in to their coach. I will stop by and collect those from the coaches during those evenings.

Please remember that the entire packet must be turned in, including all money collected, sold ticket stubs, and any unsold tickets.

If these times do not work for you, please reach out and I can arrange an alternate time on one of those dates.

Following MHSAA guidance and recommendations from our Athletic Director, all practices scheduled before 7:00 PM are canceled today due to the heat.

Tackle Football: Practice will still be held from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Flag Football: Coaches may move practices to after 7:00 PM, if they choose.
7th Grade Team: Please refer to your coaches' communications in GameChanger for specific plans and updates.

We're looking for a Flag Concessions Director/Manager for the upcoming season, and we'd love to have your help!

Responsibilities include:

-Purchasing hot dogs and buns for game day
-Getting student workers started at the concession stand
-Ensuring cleanup and closing tasks are completed at the end of the day
-Take inventory of items that may need to be restocked
-The great news is that you'll be reimbursed the same week for any concession purchases, and once the students are up and running, they manage the stand while you get to watch your player compete. It's truly a pretty easy and rewarding volunteer opportunity!

Games are held on Sundays for 6 weeks (excluding the Jamboree and playoffs). Concession hours are approximately 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., so you'll need to arrive a little early to get things set up, but you're generally wrapping up by the time the games end.

We're very flexible and open to:

-One person serving as the Concessions Director/Manager for the entire season, or
-A committee of volunteers who share responsibilities by alternating weeks, splitting opening and closing duties, or selecting the dates that work best for their schedules.

This is a great way to support our players and program with a relatively small time commitment.
