We received a warm welcome from the IBEW Local 540. Quinton Ray will be starting his apprenticeship while working with Rays Reconditioning. Anthony Ballard will start his apprenticeship with Hillschire Clark on Monday. My oldest son, Eric Ray II, has joined the Local 94.
I have joined them both so the future look real bright and we are all so grateful. God has blessed me with these 3 young men and I couldn't be more proud of them all.

We’re proud to welcome Ray’s Reconditioning LLC as our newest signatory contractor. Eric Ray and his team have built a reputation in Massillon doing skilled residential and commercial remodeling work. Now that skill comes with a union contract behind it.
Eric also serves the community as a Massillon city councilman. It says a lot about a contractor when the owner is invested in Massillon both in business and in office. That’s the kind of partner we want building our city.
