Our team is nearing completion on transforming this cluttered office into a beautiful primary en-suite! 🤩🤩🏡

A few final touches and this house fire 🔥 job will be completed.

We were able to add a master bathroom, open the kitchen floor plan, and upgrade the basement all within the insurance allowance!

The insurance company owes only to put the house back exactly how it was, or to “pre-loss condition”. Once an estimate is established as to what the insurance company owes, we then can rewrite a change order estimate as to what the homeowner actually wants. Many times we’re able to accomplish these changes within budget for our customers 🤩

These frigid Michigan temps are causing frozen water lines / fire suppression system lines throughout the state to burst causing extensive water damage! To try and combat the cold, always remember to try the following:

- Open your cabinet doors under the sink (especially if it is on an exterior wall) This allows extra heat to enter vulnerable areas
- Allow faucets in the home to have a slow drip, this will help to limit the pipes from freezing as easily
-Turn the thermostat up a few degrees while the temps are so low. And do NOT turn your heat off (or down) if you are away from home.

Winners of the Lions tickets!! We planned to let this run until Friday, but there were so many shares we stopped at 1k shares! Winners please message us your email addresses so that we can send you the tickets!

We used an internet randomizer for the first winner and Michael Maloney won the first set of tickets!

Our office cutie Emma happens to be on winter break and randomly chose the second winner and chose Kara Sanchez! (I think the toddler in the photo helped)
