Founded in 1996 by David Laux, Laux Construction continues to grow into a leading contractor within the state of Michigan. What a night for Laux Construction!

Last night, members of our team attended the 10th Annual Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards, hosted by ABC Greater Michigan Chapter, celebrating the outstanding craftsmanship, innovation, and dedication of construction professionals throughout our industry.

We are incredibly proud to share that Laux Construction was recognized with THREE distinguished honors!

🏆 Gold Eagle Award – Excellence in Construction
Recognizing our work on the City Rescue Mission of Lansing project in the GC/CM New Construction ($5–$10 Million) category. A testament to the exceptional craftsmanship, collaboration, and commitment that brought this meaningful project to life.

🦺 STEP Bronze Award – Safety Excellence
Recognizing our continued dedication to maintaining a strong safety culture and implementing effective safety management practices that protect the people behind every project.

🎖️ State of Michigan Special Tribute – 30 Years of Excellence

A sincere thank you to everyone who joined us for the Laux Pig Roast in honor of our 30th anniversary!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day surrounded by employees, clients, subcontractors, friends, and family. It was an opportunity to celebrate more than three decades of construction, it was a chance to recognize the hard work, relationships, and connections that have helped shape Laux Construction into what it is today.

Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. The Project Manager will take ownership of project ex*****on, including budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, documentation, procurement, and client communication.

The Project Manager will work closely with Project Engineers(PE), Site Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and owners to ensure projects are properly coordinated and progressing according to schedule, budget, plans, and specifications.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive construction professional who can manage multiple priorities, anticipate potential issues, communicate effectively, and drive projects toward successful completion.
