From underused porch to a beautiful three-season room ✨

We loved reimagining this space for a longtime BTR client in Symmes Township — complete with Gilkey Low-E windows and custom bench seating built in our Mason, Ohio shop.

One of our favorite things to do at Brent Thomas Renovations is reimagine underused spaces and turn them into something completely new.

For this longtime BTR client in Symmes Township, Ohio, we converted an underutilized porch into a beautiful three-season room filled with natural light, warm wood details, and views of the backyard.

A favorite feature is the custom bench seating, built in our shop in Mason, Ohio, specifically for this space. We also want to give credit to Gilkey Window Company for the windows that helped bring in all that natural light while making the room more comfortable and functional.

We loved bringing this transformation to life and creating a space the homeowners can now truly enjoy.

Liberty Township kitchen transformation ✨

Designed by Kelly Fanta of House of Design and brought to life by Brent Thomas Renovations, featuring BTR Elite Series Cabinetry custom built in our Mason, Ohio shop.

A reimagined island for better flow, full-height quartz backsplash, a new coffee/bar area, and a custom pantry transformed the way this kitchen looks and functions.

Highlights include a full-height quartz backsplash, a reimagined island for better flow, conversion of the old pantry into a coffee/bar area, and a new pantry with custom shelving.

A great example of thoughtful design, custom craftsmanship, and a space completely reimagined for the way our clients live.
