Another outdoor transformation completed in Falmouth, MA! 🔨🌊
We gave this home a complete exterior living-space upgrade from front to back.
The rear deck was rebuilt with Trex Salt Flat decking, installed with hidden fasteners for a clean, seamless finish. We added a Nova cable rail system and wrapped the deck in AZEK trim for a low-maintenance finished look that fits perfectly with this Cape Cod home.
Out front, we carried the same Trex decking and hidden-fastener system over to the front deck, rebuilt the existing bench seating, and finished everything off with AZEK trim.
We also added three separate paver areas around the property — a full patio designed for entertaining, a paver apron at the deck stairs, and an L-shaped garden patio that ties the landscaping and outdoor spaces together.
A lot of details went into this one, and the finished product completely changed how the homeowners can use and enjoy their backyard.
