đź’§ WATER SERVICE UPDATE

All Mascoutah water customers should now have water service restored.

Today’s emergency repairs ended up being more extensive than originally anticipated. Shutting off water is always a last resort, but in order for our crews to safely complete the necessary repairs, water service had to be shut off. Unfortunately, this impacted a much larger area than initially expected.

We understand the inconvenience and frustration that comes with an unexpected loss of water service, and we sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

đź‘Ź A special thank you to our Water Department and everyone who assisted with repairing the water break. We greatly appreciate your hard work and your willingness to work late to get the repairs completed and water service restored as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for a job well done!

⚠️ Please remember: The City-wide Boil Order remains in effect until further notice. We will notify residents as soon as the boil order has been lifted.

Thank you, Mascoutah! đź’ś
