🌳 Is There a Dangerous Tree in Your Yard? 🌳

Not all tree hazards are obvious! Here are a few warning signs that your tree may need attention:

✅ Cracks in the trunk or major limbs – can mean the tree is unstable.
✅ Dead or hanging branches – these can fall without warning.
✅ Leaning tree – especially if the lean is new or getting worse.
✅ Root damage or exposed roots – weakens the tree’s foundation.
✅ Fungus or mushrooms at the base – often a sign of internal rot.
