The Home Builders Association, unfortunately, closed the doors last year. They sold the building and made a large profit. Fortunately, all that money will be going to the building trades within our schools here in Blount county and Maryville. The Foundation for Future Building Trades will disperse that money where it is needed and fund scholarships for kids that are interested in any of the building trades. This was a huge chunk of money for these schools to be able to utilize for years to come! A huge thank you to everyone that helped us make this possible.

Finished up a little post upgrade. These posts were splitting from years of sun damage and needed more protection than just stain or paint. We wrapped and trimmed these post in Miratec and painted with a good exterior paint.
