What a great time it was to transform this space into a functional commercial kitchen and bar for Daisy’s NA Bar and Bottle Shop! I really love how the bar turned out. It is so relaxing and a place where everyone can feel at home! Working with the city of Maryville on permitting and inspections was made easy by our wonderful city employees! We are thankful to live in such an amazing community! Daisy’s is now open at 608 Ellis Ave in Maryville so be sure to go check it out!

We had a tricky one on the side of a mountain in Sevierville. The footings had rotated 4” down hill and the columns were leaned out about 8” when we first looked at it. The challenge came when figuring out how to support the house while tearing out the original footings because there was no room to work on the side of the mountain. No machinery could even be used due to space so the guys hand dug all of the footings and we craned everything in and out over the house. What a great experience learning more about building in the mountains. We are so thankful to our amazing guys for working overtime to get this one done on a strict deadline! Now the owners and renters can rest easy knowing that this house is not going to move any longer!
