Gold. 🏆
The judges have spoken: our Parade home earned Gold in the $2M–$3M category at the 2026
This home was built for a family who wanted modern lines without losing warmth: crisp white stucco, natural wood accents, and walls of black-framed windows that pull the trees right into the living space. Every detail was a conversation, and every conversation made it better.
A home like this is never built by one company. Thank you to the judges, our design team, the homeowners who trusted us with their vision, and the partners whose craftsmanship is in every room:
Summit Cabinets - Custom cabinets
Stone World Knoxville - Countertops in the kitchen, primary bath and powder bath and secondary baths
A New Hue - Limewash in den, Venetian plater in great room and primary accent wall
Gillenwater Flooring & Kitchen Gallery - Flooring, Closet and shelving
Premier Pools & Spas - Knoxville - pool
Ferguson Home - Lighting and Plumbing fixtures
Congratulations to Mike Stevens Homes and all of this year’s Parade winners. It’s an honor to share the stage.
Now we’d love your vote. People’s Choice voting is open through October 25. Tour the home this weekend or next (Friday–Sunday, 12–5 pm, stop #6), then cast your vote for AR Homes® – The Ernst Group.
