We need your help to find Alma Fowler, who is missing from Camden.

The 75-year-old is 4’11” tall and 110 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes. Alma was last seen near Herrington Road in Camden, wearing a green puffy jacket, tan jeans, white snow boots, and a white headband. She is believed to be travelling on foot.

Alma has a medical condition that may impair her ability to return safely without assistance.

FYI...SEPTIC TANK INSPECTION LETTERS

We can not do a septic tank inspection without pumping the tank, simply because we can't see the baffle in the tank and we can't see if the tank is cracked on the side walls or bottom of the tank without pumping it.

If you want an INSPECTION ONLY, you will get a letter of inspection saying that we only probed and inspected the field lines.
Also, it will state:
-We do not know the condition of the tank,
-If the tank if at the proper level.
-If the baffle is in place.
-If the sides or bottom of the tank is cracked.
If the drain field lines are good, the letter will also state they are appear to be in working condition.

We try to protect the buyer, seller and us from any added expenses or problems in the future.

IF you order an inspection from us, you are liable for the amount due, even if you back out of the sale and choose not to purchase the home, after all, We did the service you requested.

This is why I tell you the cost of an inspection in Maryville is $400.00 plus the digging, which is $25-$45 per foot in depth depending on the size of the lid.
