Bad roof, there’s a simple solution. Just coat it, we did 1” of roof insulation giving and R-value of 7 but more importantly, seal all the small leaking holes, extending the roof’s life and another 10 years. In addition, we used an Elastomeric coating on top of the foam to protect the roof and help lower energy costs by up to 35%
