Homeowner asked us to reuse the treated lumber base of their deck and just replace handrails , decking, and stairs. We added black rod balusters , black bolts , and black post caps to give it a little flavor . They also asked us to add vinyl siding to the rear areas where the last contractor left undone . It pays to get a referral before hiring just anyone!

Yes we paint too! Homeowner wanted to change the facade of her home to white and change to the black shutters instead of the ugly siding the house flipper used . We purchased black PVC exterior boards and made custom shutters to fill in the space and painted the front of home. We removed and replaced one broken window , removed and replaced some casing/ brick mold , and found some rotted wood on soffits and fascia that we replaced with new boards . Turned out beautiful !

Part of the roof and entire front porch was taken by a tornado. We removed 12 trusses including one gable end, replaced them all and re sheeted the roof with plywood. Then completely rebuilt the front porch and over framing. This one Turned out perfectly and it’s ready for the roofer to shingle it !
